Journey Into the Industry: Started in the trade while in high School as a driver, worked through my apprenticeship in the Industrial field installing Rigid conduit and controls at Ball Metal, Passed JW test band ran a service van for few years moving into commercial projects then to large project foremen, then had the opportunity to become an owner of a company with (3) other partners. This was my introduction to the office side of Electrical work taking on all tasked as needed Estimating, Project manager, purchasing agent, prefab, and all other duties required. After wanted to take a step back an accepted a roll as a service driver which lasted 3 months moving into service manager role and then added the security manger role. Decided it was time to move on and jump back into the field as a general superintendent managing field operations and manpower. And the last step before coming over to the Greiner team was construction manager overseeing PM and tracking the financials.

Professional Passion: My favorite thing about electrical is the ability to have impact on other people, bring them into the trade as a first day apprentice watch them go through school, pass that JW, and work into that foreman role. It is a great feeling sharing your knowledge and experience with others.
