Favorite Book:  The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz. It's about personal growth, becoming the person you want to be, and how that relates to those around you. 

Journey into the Industry:  I was encouraged to look into "non-traditional" jobs for women. Dave Greiner was one of the first people to give me that opportunity as an apprentice, foreman, and eventually as Safety Director.

Professional Passion:  Sharing knowledge and keeping employees trained and informed so they can participate in their safety, the safety of the project, and their team.
