Journey into the Industry:  I was encouraged to look into non-traditional jobs for women; Dave Greiner was one of the first people to give me that opportunity as an apprentice, foreman, and eventually as Safety Director

Professional Passion:  Sharing knowledge and keeping employees trained and informed so they can participate in their safety, the safety of the project, and their team
