Greiner Electric Celebrates ACE Award Win for Kiewit Ridgegate Campus Project: Best Building Project Over $10M

We are thrilled to announce that Greiner Electric has been honored with the ACE Award for Best Building Project (Over $10 Million - Subcontractor) for our electrical work on the Kiewit Ridgegate Campus project, which was successfully completed as a design assist project. It was an unforgettable evening as we celebrated with professionals from across the industry, including general contractors, architects, owners, and specialty contractors, at the bedazzled Western-themed event held on November 11, 2022.
As the largest employer in Lone Tree, Colorado, the campus spans over a vast area and serves over 2000 employees. The facility offers convenient access to light rail and I-25 and features a 330,000 square-foot parking garage equipped with multiple EV charging stations. The campus boasts two five-story office buildings, offering a combined area of 400,000 square feet, featuring multiple coffee bars, a full-service cafeteria serving delicious food, and a gym where employees can work out before or after work.
