To ensure uninterrupted power and expand Charter Communications research capabilities, Greiner Electric completed the following while working in a live 85,000 SF data center with security challenges:
Leveraged tight relationships with suppliers to replace a UPS ruined by heavy rains and a leaky roof in 8 weeks rather than 52
Fabricated and installed 22,400 feet of conduit; installed 844 linear feet of 225 amp Starline Busway
25% of the 17,125 hours on the project occurred in the safe and controlled conditions of Greiner’s 15,000 SF prefab shop in Littleton
In-house BIM modelers used Navisworks 3D to model the conduit runs and full-time electricians completed all conduit in prefab
The project earned an ABC Rocky Mountain 2025 Award of Excellence and the ABC Rocky Mountain 2025 Project of the Year.
