Greiner Electric completed full electrical scope for this 300,000-square-foot private club with 5 floors above ground and 3 floors below. Electrical work included full power, generators, lighting, and sophisticated lighting controls to AV, and security.
The club includes 25 fully-customizable condos ranging from 2,500 to 8,800 square feet along with limited employee housing
Club spaces include ski locker rooms with boot dryers/heaters, radiant floor heating, humidity-controlled interiors, heated underground parking, snowmelt beneath exterior hard surfaces, restaurant, wine cellars, spa, wellness center, saunas, fitness room, golf simulator, indoor/outdoor pool, cold plunge, firepits, and decks
Due to design issues, change orders, changes in scope, weather, and two different GCs, the project ballooned:
The duration extended from two years to five years
The project hours increased 200%, from 54,813 hours budgeted to 166,054 hours worked
The contract value escalated from $22M to $56.6M
