Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties
Installation and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments throughout the Colorado front range markets (including: Denver, Colorado Springs, and the Ft. Collins/Loveland areas)
Threading, bending, measuring and conductor installation in conduit and other raceway systems
Assemble, install and maintain electric equipment, lighting systems and control apparatus
Use specialized testing, power and hand tools
Plan, layout and prioritize the installation of equipment based on electrical drawings and specification documents during all phases of project development
Effectively communicate and maintain working relationships with project managers, supervisors, vendors and customers in a wide range of challenging projects
Oversight of apprentice workforce, application of on the job training and delegation of project tasks
Attend professional continuing education programs and stay current with changing technology
Project a high level of courtesy and professionalism with fellow employees, clients and trade partners
Work in a team environment and maintain a goal-oriented mindset with a high level of energy and a sense of urgency
Ensure compliance with State and Local codes
Base Qualifications
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of forty hours of service per week
Possess a Colorado Journeyman or Masters electrical license or an equivalent reciprocal state electrical license

Exceptional Customer Service
Practical understanding of forklifts, cranes, backhoes, skid-steer loader, wire-tugger and other large scale project equipment
High school diploma or equivalent
Have strong verbal and written communication skills with legible penmanship
Extensive knowledge of electrical components, parts and test equipment
Reliable transportation and clean motor vehicle record
Extensive knowledge of trade hand and power tools and their use
Capable of performing ladder and stair climbing, working at heights on lifts and elevated platforms
Ability to squat, kneel or bend while wearing a tool belt
Perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods
In-depth understanding of electrical theory, formulas and their application to conduit & box fill, over current protection devices and voltage drop calculations
Possess a safety mindset to enforce company, OSHA and local safety requirements
