APPRENTICE TRAINING – Participating in an accredited apprentice training program is a big commitment for those individuals that desire to become a licensed Journeyman.  Our commitment is to ensure new unlicensed employees receive the necessary training and guidance to successfully complete the four-year program offered at the Construction Industry Training Council (CITC)   

Trade-in that 4-year degree for a career that pays today.  Apprentices earn while they learn.  You’ll receive the day-to-day hands-on learning at the job level along with classroom and lab lessons through CITC once a week.  You’ll be joined by like-minded, career driven people taking this life-changing journey.

CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR JOURNEYMAN - Journeymen are offered the opportunity to take a wide range of continuing education classes through the Associated Builders & Contractors and the Associated General Contractors, as well as in-house training which includes critical industry education for First Aid and CPR, Rigging, Confined Space, Forklift, Powder Actuated Tools, Arc Flash, Aerial Work Platform, OSHA 10-Hour, and OSHA 30-Hour.  

Greiner’s Strength through Education Program (STEP) offers programs for all employees at our training facility at the Littleton office.  Program topics advance our workforce’s understanding of building code updates, design applications, management programs and may include individual specific growth plan subjects.  Our vendor partners are invited to present topics related to industry trends that keep our team abreast of the latest technology in the electrical industry.
